Hi, good to hear from you my darling...I'm happy for you. The gardening sounds like you are taking after your OMA, me. While I didn't do much every green plant or tree I planted grew into a monster....It is such good exercise but very frustrating to me. The one beautiful pink blossomed bush I planted near the garage and had high hopes for to look marvelous did well and then February came and destroyed it with frost. I was so discouraged I said this is not worth the work...I like my planter in the front since I can mix the fresh flowers from a store like Farm Fresh with some artificial greens and it is little work and looks pretty nice ALL YEAR ROUND.
Your dad just told me about the
Oma Bike. I said, "You mean instead of a Schwinn it's called Oma? Is it made in Germany?" He thought so, didn't know. So I egotistically said, "How marvelous that I make such an impression on people that a company in another country would want to name a bike AFTER ME." He said, "Yes, I thought you would say that." Ha. Sorry, it's the ego thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta keep it in the family.
